The fat underneath the skin where the amount of fat is greater than the Muscle mass. So, the persons with this condition have a thin body with a loose, untoned, and flabby skin appears like a hanging part of the skin where the thick layer of fat forms under the skin.

Before starting a workout, you need to gain muscle mass. Because it is only the fat the skinny fat contain not the energy to do the workout. In order to gain weight, we need to follow the Skinny Fat Diet to gain good weight.

  • Don’t go for the bulk amount of food
  • Include lots of protein because it helps for the formation of new muscle tissues.
  • Having energy providing food will increase the metabolism which will increase the time for a workout.
