  • This disease is the formation of fat in the artery walls which will lead to the irregular flow of blood to the heart. However, excess carbs lead to the formation of fat in the body even in the artery walls also.

Overweight:

  • As mentioned above, the excess glucose stored in the body for future use, this stored glucose then converts into fat and leads to overweight of the body.

Increases Sugar level:

  • Consuming more amount of carbs leads to increases in blood sugar levels. So this will leads to diabetes.
